The creator of cars that run on special thing like water that you cant buy yet sold his design to petrol companies. The petrol companies aren't bringing out the car yet because then everyone would buy the hybrids and water cars and not use petrol. That means that not many people would buy petrol and then that loses the companies income.
Instead the petrol companies are going to continue selling petrol till there is none left and then they'll release the new cars. Which means instead of releasing the new cars and saving the world by not using petrol there going to sell the petrol just so they can stuff there pockets with more money. The petrol companies have enough money and they could help save the world but no, they are just addicted to precious money. Someone has to stop them.
