Rights of People

Sometimes the rights of one come into conflict with the rights of another. Usually the court decides the outcome. Some examples include conflicts between fishermen, noise control, requirements by communities and also requirements by schools.

The first example of a conflict that violates some of people's rights is between the big fishermen and the small fishermen. The big fishermen are the guys that go in the ocean with the big boats and huge nets and catch as much as they can so they can sell it to markets. The small fishermen are guys that fish just to support their families. The small fishermen are saying that it is not fair for them because the big fishermen take all the fish. I agree with the small fishermen because it is just not fair for them. I think there should be some limitations for the big fishermen because if they keep fishing like that they are going to take all the fish and then we will have a shortage of fish. The limitation should be that the small and big fishermen should have separate places where they can fish.

The second example of a conflict that violates peoples rights is being able to listen to your car stereo as loud as you want. Some people think this violates their rights because they don have peace. Some think that their rights are being violated because they have the right to express their thought even if it is trough music. I think that it is okay for someone to listen to their car stereo as loud ass they want depending where they are and what time it is.

The third example of a conflict between two people that think that their rights are being violated is having your house garage door open. Communities sometimes fine people for leaving their house garage open because they say that this violates other neighbors rights. I think that since you bought the house you should have the right to leave your garage door open whenever you want. I believe this because it is really not hurting anybody.

The forth and last example of a conflict that violates peoples rights is being required to attend to high school. Some students believe that their rights are being violated when they are forced to attend to school. I think that at a certain age like 17 and up the student is responsible enough to know what truly is best for them.
