Isn't solar energy expensive? Couldn't all that money we spend on energy from big companies go to better use? What if more people used solar energy to power their homes? Couldn't we save a lot of resources? I'm very sure we could.
So many people around the world think that going green was one of the best things they did! In fact, most people say that they are producing so much energy; they actually donate back to the company! I have an idea: What if instead of paying the company, you pay the people donating back? For example, let's say it cost about $100 to buy a pack of solar energy from those companies (I'm not sure how you would really package solar energy). I'm sure you could get the same amount of the energy from the people, but for only half the price!
Trust me, I know everyone could use $50. Know what that means? More people would be encouraged to go green! I know I would want an easy $50 in my pockets. I live in San Francisco, CA and I really think that we need to have some changes around here. I know we could use more parks and better zoo cages for the animals. But those things are just minor changes. Anyways, I really hope this encourages the people buying solar energy from those companies to pay the people instead because I know we could REALLY use that money we are spending.
