Gun Laws Do Not Work in United States

Gun laws do not work in the United States because there are no gun laws.

There is no affective law in any state that has not been overturned.

The proximity and free access to all types of guns prevents any type of gun law having any kind of meaningful affect on crime. Free countries have one federal/state law for the entire country not just isolated pockets of the country, to do less makes laws redundant and useless.

American attitudes towards their guns, are of the Wild West were every man/woman carries. It says something about a society/culture when you do not feel safe unless you carry a gun. The American solution is more guns, easy access to more guns and then more guns, so that almost everyone is packing.

As Americans feel that, any law imposed upon them is considered an infringement of their freedoms. I am surprised there are speeding laws, by American logic, Johnny went a hundred miles an hour down a residential street for years, and no one ever got hurt. So putting a ban/law against driving fast is an infringement on his freedoms.

Americans pride themselves in being trained in how to use a gun, but it is in a gunfight. So again, it is to use, the first chance they get. It never would occur to you that while you are shooting at the bad guy as to were bullets of yours are ending up. Did a stray bullet hit a house, the cat, or a child walking by while you are indulging in your freedom to carry a gun?

No of course not, that would infringe upon your freedoms to do whatever you like no matter whom it hurts. That is because you are entitled and better than anyone else in the world. You are empowered by the founding fathers to carry arms against invading armies and so many armies have actually invaded and conquered the United States.
