Like all subjects there is always a negative and positive thing. Now, the negative thing about laws are that laws can be exploited and twisted, sometimes wrong laws are made and if the law is bad, people will suffer while the government are enjoying themselves.
As said above every topic has its good and bad thing, so now we are at the good bit part! (which Is the positive side of law and order) people are protected, there are individual right and criminals are brought to justice making the world a safer place to live in if the government is a good government they will make laws to benefit people.
I think that we should have law and order as most of the times the law is good. Benefiting people and so on and so forth. There might be times where we think that this particular law does not benefit us but in one way or another it MIGHT benefit us.
It's also hard to imagine a world without law and order. In whatever we do every day there is a law for it. Such as traffic lights and so on. Without law and order Society will break down people could be killed and individuals doing whether they want, such and stealing and so forth.
That particular town won't be a very safe place to live in. criminals would be running around murdering so on and so forth. The crime rate would defiantly be high. No one would need to buy anything they would just simply steal it. A popular view point about law and order would be that it protects people, laws make things simpler and laws ensure people are treated equally.
