Arms are useful tools in law enforcement,defense of ones home etc.
I believe as long as the right to bear arms is not abused then it should be permitted.
I don't know much about the NRA or any of those organizations.
I am just expressing my thoughts on this subject.
At the same time, when the constitution was written,
arms were a necessity to defend ones land,family and country.
Remember the continental army or the minutemen from history class anyone?
Though times have changed since colonial days,
I still support the American citizens right to bear arms.
I would love to hear my readers opinions on this issue
Violence is terrible, to be sure.
However, I think that it is not the arms that are to blame for violence.
It is people's misuse and abuse that are to blame for violence.
Whether you agree with my opinion or not,
feel free to use your other constitutional rights.
Specifically freedom of speech,
