Marijuana has been legalized for medical use in many states but the federal government can still go in and arrest people for using it. Currently the DEA can bust in an ill persons house and arrest them for using the drug they were prescribed by their doctor. I think the American public should vote and write their congressmen and have this stopped. Isn't it enough that people are already suffering life threatening illnesses and then also to be subjected to this harassment?
This witch hunt needs to stop. I also believe it would help our economy to legalize medical marijuana nationally. It is less harmful than many man made chemicals currently in use. We take it in it's natural form the way it was intended to be used it is not chemically enhanced.
I really think it's time for United states citizens to stand up and refuse to be bullied by the “ system”. There is always room for improvement in Government and I believe this would be one of them.
