When we talk about lifestyle, we can imagine exactly what we want that to be. Do we ever achieve this? Has it taken you a long time to get the lifestyle you way wanted? Perhaps you are easy going when it comes to what you want. It may well be down to a small need that you have and you can be content with what you life consists of. The flow of our lives is very important and every slight alteration makes that impression on it.
We all go through many changes in life. Whether we move house or get a new job, the change is still a change. Having to move house is one of the top modification that we have to get used to. Not only is the move stressful for most people, but the arrival to the new destination is just as difficult to deal with and time consuming as attempting to move anyway. There is no way to deny that this would create a massive bearing on our lives. Even such a change as a new kettle is still a significant adjustment to contribute to our lives. That new kettle will give you a different cup of tea, so surely makes an impact.
Every change in life we have affects us dynamically. The point of change we can call a turning point in our life. This turning point will be this dynamic alteration. I think the speed we change creates a more exaggerated dynamic than if it was slower. For example, if we were to take over a month to switch jobs and in this time we were losing hours at one job and gaining hours at the other, the dynamic will be less than if we were to instantly switch jobs. We can think of earthquakes for this, as when we quickly change we create a bigger reaction to our lifestyles, perhaps a 7 on the Richter scale. If we said that we were on a gradual change it may be a mere 1 on the Richter scale. Everything that occurs that is a difference in our life will make a dynamic change to our lifestyle.
The sort of affects we get from these dynamic turning points could be anything and this I think is what makes it more difficult to achieve the necessary lifestyle choice. Our choice is something we chase. I think that no matter what we want we can catch the "choice" eventually. It maybe that a healthy diet is what you want and you no longer are able to do that morning run, so the diet becomes not so healthy and you cannot give up those few luxuries to suit.
Even an organised you find out that with a few necessary new meetings you lose time for friends and this is not desirable. From varying lifestyle changes we find happen, from the bad to the good, we never really keep it for long though. Just around the corner is always a new turning point that bumps into us and we lose that nice, decent lifestyle we enjoyed (or even that bad turning point is thankfully lost through another dynamic change that occurs). Can we get that nice, decent lifestyle back? The answer is obvious, of course we can, but it does mean chasing it again and allowing ourselves to catch it again.
Lifestyles are unlikely to remain the same for you for long, as every turning point will alter it and every good choice will escape you for another chase. If we keep on running after it at least we would have exercised. So I think we could complain about not getting that choice all we want, but we need to let the Richter scale tell us the damage and then wait for the after affect to settle before running again for what we desire for ourselves. Nothing too complex to consider, but what can be found with dynamic lifestyle changes is that you end up in a way of life that you didn't think would happen and the "choice" seems highly illusive all of a sudden.
