Every step of the way, trust that you have enough confidence and enough wherewithal to make good decisions for yourself in all aspects of your life. Trust that people do make mistakes and to see them in a positive light. Mistakes often help you learn more about life than doing everything right. When you and others make mistakes your eyes are opened to an even greater depth to life.
Focus on the positive. Focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself and lift your spirits higher. You do not need anything unnatural to keep you feeling “high” in life. Learning, exercising, and love are truly the most important components to keeping you young and happy.
Living with an impeccable character and continual self development will only bring you greater and greater things in life. As you love yourself more, you will be able to love others more. The quality of people, events, and opportunities that come your way will multiply and become even more incredible than you may ever fully imagined.
Never lose sight of who you are. No matter how much money or title, fame or fortune you enjoy in life. Material possessions are just that; it is very true you can't take any of it when you are gone. And, in the end, many people talk about what they remember most on their death bed; that being how others made them feel. Add joy, kindness, compassion, and love to all those who cross your path.
We all have moments where we are not at our best. We become tired, stressed out, etc. Do not beat yourself for having these moments. Work harder to add more positive influences in your life so that you have less and less of them. If you think about it logically, if your car was running out of gas and could no longer run, would you be angry with it? No, you would simply hurry and fill it up with gas so that it will run properly for you. Sometimes, you are simply running low and need your spirits to be filled up again.
Live, love, and be happy. You were meant for great things.
I feel better already from just reading
your words. One step at a time, gets me
back on the right road.
Much Happiness and thanks sent to you.
