Happiness is a Decision

By using this effective and effortless technique, you can become happier in as little as five minutes.

So many people are at a loss as to how to go about being happy. We often make it seem more complicated to than it really is. Sometimes just looking at it from another perspective is all that is needed to achieve true joy.

Your Focus Determines Your Reality

There is a Chinese Religious philosophy called Chi Kung that makes it a lot easier to find happiness in everyday of our lives. In Chi Kung, it is believed that a cosmic river of life force flows through us. It enters through the tops of our heads and flows through us exiting through our feet. They believe that by focusing on this river above the tips of our noses, we become more optimistic and feel happier.

An Effortless and Effective Exercise

This simple daily exercise is actually from Chi Kung and requires no physical effort and the benefits can be achieved in 5 minutes or less. Each morning when you first wake up, picture a spot in your head that is just behind your eyes and between them and the tip of your nose. Direct your mental energy towards that thought and focus your thoughts on it. Consciously doing this for the first 5 minutes you are awake each day, causes you to feel happier and more motivated to do the things you are responsible for accomplishing.

By doing this simple exercise every morning and by focusing on the things that are right in your life instead of what is wrong, you can become a happier person today and for the rest of your life. Try it, you just might like it.
