What did you do when you first heard the expression "Money can't buy you happiness"? You probably thought "What will?”. But picture this: the cheerful giggle of a child, the sound of two old friends laughing together, catching up on old times over a drink, and the sight of two lovers meeting at a train station. It's contagious and reminds you of what happiness truly is: True, unadulterated joy that no amount of money or self actualization can buy. For some, happiness is rarely experienced in its purest form. I have always believed, however, that it is possible to be happy and remain happy.
Happiness is a state of the mind. It has everything to do with your mind. That's how powerful your mind is.
To be truly happy, you need to know that your happiness depends only on you. Not on the boss who refused to give you a raise or the girl friend that dumped you last month.
First, make a decision that you want to be happy and believe it. If you don't believe it, then let me tell you at this point, that this is not going to work for you. More than anything else, happiness is a choice. If you decide to be happy, then you will be no matter what your circumstance is. You may want to ask how? This is it: Human beings are blessed with one of the greatest powers known to mankind. The Power of Choice. Use it.
Also, you need to take steps to be happy…You want to know how? It's easy. Change. If it's your job that's making you unhappy, change it. If it's a relationship, end it. Again, the power of choice comes in. Don't be afraid of change. Remember that progress can not take place without change. Adapt quickly to your new situation and move on… there are more battles to be won.
Set a goal for yourself everyday and achieve it. Make someone happy, happiness is contagious. Remember how good you felt when you got a birthday present? Give someone a gift, be nice to someone who needs it and see how much better it makes you feel. Try it today, it works!
Remember, it's the little things that matter most. Life is too short. Stay happy.
But truth be told, you said the truth, fair and bold. expecting more articles, from your fold.
Good stuff
