If for some families living together in harmony is already a reality, it will just be a matter of time when more organizations can be made up of manpower who live consistently for the common goal meant to benefit all. It is possible to have organizations with inspired leadership. They will be founded on the right ideals and fortunate enough to have manpower capable of living up to ideals. Their progress will be sustained. The reason looks obvious. More accomplishments can be delivered by team effort.
Although this world is imperfect, and will always have room for improvements, people working together towards a common goal to keep on changing the imperfection, can re-create the world into one that is more and more acceptable, more and more productive. For example, barren land can be turned into productive sites. Idle resources can be utilized to become useful. The benefits of progress can then be shared by those who have cooperated and worked for the realization of dreams.
Taken individually, a team member would appear to be surrounded by problems of his own. His world would be the same imperfect world experienced by almost all. For outside the organization, there would be less assistance and less resources. His limitations will make him just like most people.
But the character that has been developed will make him able to control himself both inside and outside of that organization. Problems affecting everybody won't appear to be obstacles for him to do what is right. His awareness will allow him to control the impact on himself and even family members. Perhaps outside the organization, his other challenge would be about overcoming possible weaknesses.
A person aware of how to find contentment can find inner joy in simple events.
Sleeping adequate hours each day is something enjoyable. Staying physically and mentally fit, finding peace and comfort during moments of rest, feeling love, respect, and honor -- all these are mere examples of sources of happiness and the feeling of success.
For most ladies and women, losing their beauty can be very frustrating. This will be a thought to laugh about for those who have found out long before that beauty is fleeting and that the real source of happiness comes from developing a respectable character. They find joy being able to help other people with the extra things gained out of enjoying their work. No worry about daily provisions because they have learned to save over the years in order to cover for difficult times.
Whether inside or outside an organization, people who are aware of the true meaning of happiness and success will ( more often than not) discover contentment. Their focus will remain on the goal to grow, improve, and find satisfaction in their daily lives.
Indeed, what would appear to be a simple life can actually be a happy and successful one.
