How to Develop Your “fit” Mind and Achieve Your Fitness Goal?

No matter if you are looking at losing weight, training for a race, toning up or getting in your best shape ever, you need to put energy, motivation, time and commitment into your goal.

No matter if you are looking at losing weight, training for a race, toning up or getting in your best shape ever, you need to put energy, motivation, time and commitment into your goal. So, what's the difference between success and failure? It is your mind through your belief system…

A fitness goal does not fail or succeed, you do! So, a workout program does not fail, a diet does not fail, even a combination of both does not fail. What fails is the level of involvement and care for your self. In other words…your self-esteem. When your self-worthiness is low, then you will create a succession of events in your life that agree with this belief and most likely you will attract a situation allowing you to experience failure, disappointment and unworthiness. You will start a fitness program (most of the time for external and social motivations), and then very quickly because your internal and personal belief system kicks back in, you will make sure to fail this program.

Here is a way to awaken your sense of self-responsibility and self-worthiness:

The majority of our belief system is unconscious. We are first the product of parental, social and mediatic education. Who we are, is really who everyone else made us believe we are. Then, when we detach our self from this given teaching. Then, true learning flows with unprecedented life experience filled with individual and personal new beliefs. Then, this, my friend, is the time to uplift and reinvent your self in its greatest vision. Change the course of your seemingly failing weight loss and enter into the Universal matrix. You are about to learn and understand how to develop your Fit Mind.

“The universal matrix” is constituted with four elements. Four laws, four basic foundations to now accept in your life in order to unfold the new version of you.

  1. The Master Thought Principle
  2. The Common Denominator Principle
  3. The impermanence Principle
  4. The Cause and Effect Principle

“Beyond Fitness” is a book that explains these four principles and gives you the path to follow to achieve your fitness goal. (www.beyondfitness.blogspot.com).

Her author is ready to share her successful intuitive weight-loss technique with you….
