Life is about risking. Life is about giving everything in your heart, every single day. Life is about living with no regrets. Go after your dreams with everything in your heart, mind and soul. This is living.

Each moment is precious. For instance, every evening sunset teaches us that within every second, a unique piece of art can be created; and when one really takes the time to think about this phenomenon, one will realize what an absolute miracle it is. Every fading, blending hue that paints the vast sky projects a new image, a new tapestry that will never exist ever again. The sunset becomes art in motion, in creation and spontaneously manifests a new image every second, every moment that the sun continues to slowly dip behind rolling hills, crashing waves, and the peaceful terrain.
This nightly event is an incredible source of inspiration to me and can be for all artists. For any person who has ever felt “writer's block” or felt they lost their inspiration, taking the time to ponder the countless murals painted in the sky every night, can and will reignite the creative spark within you; when we open our hearts, eyes, and minds wider, we can truly begin to see with greater levels of clarity just how very much inspiration truly surrounds us, and when we learn to do this, we are more powerfully reminded of our abilities to create something uniquely new within any given moment of the day or night.

One afternoon, I was in my car waiting at a stop light intersection. Nonchalantly, my gaze drifted toward the bright blue sky. A flock of birds were flying back and forth, dipping here and there. Upon first glance, nothing seemed extra special about their flight; that is, until I looked closer.
My eyes widened suddenly. Every twist and turn these playful birds made were creating new beautiful shapes in the sky. Sometimes I saw a heart, sometimes I saw a star and various other shapes and I realized: These birds are creating art right before my very eyes. They are creating picture after picture, instantaneously, in the moment. And, I then I knew, they were teaching me, without words, through their art, that: this is what life is all about.
