Live the Life of Your Dreams

You have the power to make all your dreams a reality.

It's amazing and true.

I know now from experience and not just from hearsay that the more risks you take, the more risks you feel confident to take. You get used to the rush, and you begin to see just how very much you are capable of. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would secure and try out three different jobs in the span of less than a month, do well at them, but in my gut realize that they were not the right fit for me. Interestingly enough, each job I took after the next was better than the last one for various reasons and yet they were not the right one for me.

Part of me was frustrated by this because there is a factor of stress that goes into every interview process and every new day on the job. However, I am getting to the point where the interview process doesn't even feel intimidating anymore. I get hired on the spot maybe because I do convey such confidence, I am not certain. I think that when you believe in yourself so strongly, other people can't help but believe in you too.

I also believe that when you think about what you want the majority of the time, the universe sends you what you want. I had set up two interviews today with two different part-time positions. The first interview went great; the manager hired me right away. In the past I might have just canceled my second interview, but I thought, “Hmm…maybe I can work both jobs, maybe I will like one more than the other”…etc.

Synergistically, the second interview went great as well. The CEO hired me right on the spot as well and said that his part-time need was for the evening shift. It was too perfect to be true as I had just accepted the morning shift from the other job position. Each job position offers the chance to make more money than I have ever made before working full-time alone, so together the opportunity together offers me the potential to make the paycheck of my dreams. I have made a goal for myself. I will be a millionaire. I know that the more you talk about your dreams, the more you put them “out into the world” the more that they will manifest into your reality. I have seen it more and more in everything I do.

I also believe in the laws of attraction and it's interesting that the CEO said that he would not have endeavored into his current company if he had not attended a training session held by Brian Tracy, self-made millionaire; a man whom I greatly admire and am in love with. The CEO also said that he had a cousin who was currently working at the other part-time job that I had just accepted. I thought, “Wow, the big guy upstairs is really sending me more signs that I could ever hope for.”

Life is a trip. Life's a journey.

I am excited to begin the training on Monday with the CEO. Then Tuesday through Thursday I will be training with the other position. What is also great is that with the second part-time job I can work as much as I want or as little as I want.

If I need to take a break here or there I can so there's no pressure. This is a good thing as I don't know how I will feel working such long hours. I am looking at these opportunities right now like one would look at the internship time one would take to go into a serious career venture. Because ideally, when I excel at the second job (you must always think positively because you can do anything!) I won't need to work the other job at all. The first part-time job acts as a way to bring in some income while I train for the other job. It's a perfect almost “training wheel on the bicycle” scenario.

It's all so new to me, but I know I can do anything.

Oh, yeah, one more exciting thing! I applied for a writer/copywriter position. They wrote me back and told me that they are considering me and gave me a test article to submit back to them. I did. Now, I must wait and see.

Always remember, whatever dreams you have locked inside your heart, swimming in your thoughts and mind can and are achievable. It is up to you to stir up the courage to bring them to fruition. The more you do to make yourself feel good about yourself, the more courage you will build up to put your dreams “out into the world”. The more you talk about them, the more energy will be put into motion propelling you to take actions that will manifest those dreams before your eyes.

I also have dreams of having anything that catches my fancy being pursued and tried. For example, speaking my poetry in a live format has caught my interest as well. Incidentally, I spoke to someone recently who might just possibly be able to get me into a poetry talking show (I don't recall the exact term for it off hand - haha!). It's amazing how the world works.

And, lastly, as I always say:

You can do anything you set your mind to. If you love something, if you are interested in something, go for it! You only live once (depending on what you believe in) and the more you risk and go for your dreams the more alive and courageous you feel to keep challenging yourself. Live the life of your dreams!!

Best wishes to all.
