Mastering the Law of Attraction

Like attracts like. How much do we really know about our thoughts and beliefs? Look at your current results and you'll know.

The Law of Attraction at work. Like Gravity. It's a natural law working 24/7. Love it or hate it, accept it or deny it. Just look around and see how much of what you want is in your life at this very moment. You hear yourself say, I'm a positive person, yet your bank account says otherwise. What do I mean by that? Everything is energy. Yes, money is nothing more than energy. If you want to know how much negativity you have in your life just check your bank account. I’ve read that a long time ago and it didn’t make any sense at first. I became brave and started to really look at my life and my current results.

Well I want it. Yet, where is it?

I look at what I currently have and that's not what I had asked for!

What did I just do? You bet I did. I focused on all the things I don't have. What you focus on Expands! Good or bad.

We are all creatures of habit with our beliefs that things are hard, unfair and/or impossible.

At first we hear about the Law of attraction and we are all excited, we feel powerful and actually believe that things are possible for us.

We take some actions. Small things are happening, yet nothing major. And than we wait...and wait...and wait...you see where this is going? We get impatient, we get angry, frustrated, have doubt and fear.

You know that knot in the gut feeling? Not a good sign when you wake up in the morning with red flags waving over your head.

Do you hear yourself saying things like...Rent is coming up? Do I have it? How am I going to pay my bills?

How can I get a new car with no steady income and crappy credit? If I only knew how to get myself out of this mess.

Why is nothing going right for me? I just can't seem to get ahead. I can't get a break.

Why is everything so complicated and hard?

You get the point. If you are starting to feel the knot in your gut, be aware.

We try to figure out how we can fix this and fix that; we bang our head up against the wall, we start to blame and regret "If only I had" ....of course it's our parents fault, our partners fault, no; it's the economy, our boss, well it's something in the air.

You find plenty of people to agree with you. Yes, life is hard and unfair. Misery loves company.

Now we really feel like crap. What's self-esteem? Our joy is gone; our life seems stale and our journey like a dead end road.

What's going on? Confusion set's in. What are we doing wrong? It’s a catch 22. Back to the beginning.

What's wrong is our FOCUS. We FOCUS on what we don't want. The LACK of not having it. When we FEEL these things, we are in a negative vibration, so we attract more things in the same vibration. We FEEL terrible, worried, fearful, angry, stressed, depressed and tired

So we attract more things that make us feel this way.

I've been there so many times and actually noticed that sometimes it feels good to play the victim; of course it's not our fault. It's a nice story we can tell ourselves to justify, blame, complain; it makes us feel better for a second or two doesn't it? IF it was up to us, things would go

Smooth. It's them. The outside circumstances.

It's inside of us. Always! We are always in control. Whenever we say are not; we are a victim.

I love Einstein's quote "Nothing happens till something moves". This is so powerful. Once something is set in motion, no matter what it is, it will set other things in motion. Like a domino effect.

When we feel the BAD feelings invading our cells, you can feel it on every level. Now think about this "Every cell thinks"

Any wonder we feel drained, exhausted, depressed and stressed if every cell agrees with us how terrible life is?

I don't think it is wise to just pretend things are well. After all your gut knows how you feel no matter what affirmations you read out loud. No wonder your mind says "liar" and goes back on autopilot.

Face your dislikes, your don't wants, your pain, your negative emotions (fear, anger, anxiety)

Write them down...yes, write "I don't want" feel that knot again. But now, turn it into how you'd like it to be, getting into the feeling place of it. That warm and fuzzy feeling. State it without coming from a state of LACK. Just from a state of JOY.

The difference? In a state of lack, you NEED it now! You must have it or else. State of JOY, you like how it makes you feel.

Get in the FEELING state of having it now. How does it feel to have the brand new car, the mate, the job, new friends? What does it look like?

TRUST.

Not only trust the universe, trust your inner voice. Your gut. Know that you are on the right path!

Read your list several times during the day and get the fuzzy warm feeling again. Make sure you carry this feeling with you throughout the entire day.

This is so important! Why?

If you don't, you're wasting your time. It's like intending to get in shape and lose weight while munching on Donuts and drinking soda for the rest of the day, never hitting the gym.

The Law of Attraction is not an easy task at first; it is very much like exercise. The great news is that whatever we have right now is just an outcome of who we used to be, we can change our circumstances right this minute and create a life of abundance.

To a fabulous and funbundant life!

I agree with you completely!

I agree with most of this article. It does require a positive frame of mind and soul to find reward in our lives, but it also requires actually rolling up of sleeves and doing the work to make things happen. Sometimes life will throw you a little curve ball, but when this happens we need to examine the cause of it and avoid allowing it to happen again by learning - always learning.

Ever let rejection defeat your purpose, but learn from the rejection and become stronger because of it. If you get knocked down to the ground, then pick yourself back up and dust yourself off and start again. If you let rejection defeat your purpose than you are never going to go very far and will alway be unhappy.

Sure somethings are out of our control, but that only means that we must work harder for what we want our lives to be. There are over 6 billion people living on this planet, so there is plenty of opportunity to be heard, be seen and become successful in something. You just have to want it and be willing to go for it.

Of course, I am mostly speaking in terms of a career, because with a career you are more in the driver's seat than you might otherwise believe. When it comes to mates, then I will be the first to admit that I have absolutely NO experience in this area. So, I cannot give much advice that could help anyone.

For me, my life has always be focused on God and career. I have never been married, been in a serious relationship, No children, and no sex. For me, it is a matter of focusing on what is important to me and what is going to improve my life and the lives of those around me. When the right woman enters my life, then I will focus on a relationship, but that has not happened yet and I am not into one night stands - it again is all about focusing on what is really important.

Call my life boring, but I have more joy than I can shake a stick at.

Ask yourself. What is important to you, and then don't think twice and just go for it. The only person holding you back is you.

Learn to trust people, too. No one can do it alone. It takes a helping hand along the way sometimes. Not everyone is untrustworthy, but you need to checkout the references of those who either wants to help you or that you want to help you. Get to know the people that you are doing business with, before actually doing business with them.

God Bless,

Nelson Doyle
