Mind Over Matter

Think your way to a better life.

Mind over matter, sounds easier said than done.

Over time and through studies, mind over matter continues to prove to be one of the most amazing gifts we can bestow upon ourselves.

In Adelaide Bry's Visualization audio tape, she discusses the incredible power of the mind and how it helped one child cure his own asthma problems. And, the world renowned Deepak Chopra's Perfect Health illuminates scenarios in which people have actually conquered such serious diseases like cancer with mind body treatments that had absolutely no hospital like treatments involved.

While I am skeptical about many things that I have not seen with my own eyes, I wholeheartedly believe in the power of the mind. Like The Secret, like energy attracts like energy and if you believe disease and sickness exist, you will most likely find that a part of your life. Whereas, on the other hand, if you believe in health and positive thoughts, your life will thus reflect this as well.

I have done much of my own research on this subject and have come across a study detailing a person who had a multiple personality disorder. A doctor's physical examination results revealed that in one personality, the person had diabetes. But, in another personality (of the same person) the examination results proved to be one of a person who was completely 100% healthy. The examination showed no physical evidence of that person having diabetes.

It is my belief that just as we create our own problems, we too create our own illnesses. We have more untouched, infinite power within our minds than many of us will ever know. Statistics continue to state that most people only use about 5% of their brain capabilities. It is incredible when one takes a moment to really look around and see what has been accomplished on such little use of the brain. When thought of in this manner the possibilities of the human capacity become even more incredible. Truly, we have the ability to do anything we put our minds to. Any thought we conjure up can and often does become reality.

How will you change your thoughts today to better your life? This is an important question that will make a great difference in your life.
