Integrity can be classified as a person with honor and pride. Integrity is defined by many people and it is expressed in that way as well. If a person does bad things, he/she have poor integrity, and with a person that does good things, he/she has good integrity.
Integrity is a part of character; we are judged by our integrity. Strangers are always judged with low integrity. Think about it, business people that walk around neighborhoods trying to sell their services are lowly looked and it seems to be a waste of time, but beyond the sales person is a normal person trying to succeed. In life, people openly express their integrity, even if they don’t want to. With work and school, people reflect their integrity by showing how much effort is put into their work. With friends, it takes much more effort to build integrity and show them who you are.
Integrity is a crucial concept to develop in relationships. Trying to create a solid and smooth relationship with friends and co-workers will take time, especially with those close to you. But losing your integrity can be quite a compromise if you plan on rebuilding it with the same person. Integrity is pretty much like trust in which once it is broken, it will take a while to rebuild.
