Stop Thinking and Enjoy Your Life

I was recently reading a book on ‘how to stop worrying and start thinking’. How true it is, that most of us in other words, almost all of us keep worrying about one thing or the other every day. There is no day that we can vouch that it is tension and worry free. You need to enjoy your life. Start thinking now.

Many of us have the habit of leaving the whole world while working. Yes, I agree that even I too do the same.We call them workaholics. Almost 85% of the people are workaholics according to the latest researches.

People tend to forget everything for the sake of their work. They even forget what happiness is, what is the way of enjoyments they can have, etc.

Hence, many phsycahatrists suggest their patients that they just need rest and away from work in most of their cases to solve their worries. People keep going away from life and stop enjoying their wonderful life. As a result of this is depression. They take lot of medicines like anti deppressents to overcome this. But do they all really solve your problem? Certainly not! They may create lot many additional issues.

Moreover if you are a soft spoken person, people will try to take lot of advantages from you. I have experienced enough till I learned to say "NO". Not only your boss but also your co-workers try to boss over you to get their work done from you. Never fall into the well.

People may approach you politely or aggressively or diplomatically or through various other means to make you work for them. If its not your boss and if you think you are being exploited, stand for it. Don't ever bend your knees in front of people who try to make you work for them illegally.

If you do only your work and not try to do too many people's work then you will not be workaholic. This will definitely help you out to keep yourself and your family some personal time where you can enjoy life. Gradually when you have time and will to be happy you will certainly enjoy your life.
