An American Citizen was not allowed to return to the USA recently. Not all people looking for teaching jobs have unlimited funds. I have lived worked and migrated between four countries. I have always completed my own paperwork. In addition to saving money there is always the feeling that there are no errors except the ones you made and you know that all the papers have been mailed and that nothing is sitting on someone's desk.
