An American Citizen was not allowed to return to the USA recently. Not all people looking for teaching jobs have unlimited funds. Hiring an Immigration consultant is something you may want to consider. However, if you have a little time the immigration forms are not difficult to complete. I have lived worked and migrated between four countries. I have always completed my own paperwork. In addition to saving money there is always the feeling that there are no errors except the ones you made and you know that all the papers have been mailed and that nothing is sitting on someone's desk.
You may need to get your professional qualifications assessed by the professional organization of the country where you want to teach. This is again, one of those things which are best handled by yourself or your immigration consultant, if you have one.
