Not every one knows what they were born to do in life, but there is a simple way to find out. Make a choice. Life never happens with out a decision - a thought which invokes an action to move and change circumstances.

For the first parts of our lives decisions are made for us; what to eat; what to wear; how to speak; what schools to attend. Yet, after a certain point in life all that changes. It changes without warning. One day things suddenly go from people telling you what to do to them asking you what you want to do. When that happens what does one say?
Some would advise you to say what you know to be true. Well, go a step further and say what is true to your heart. The greatest way to bring about change is to start with you. You can only change you, never other people. One might influence another person, but never change. Change comes from within and that's why one asks for the courage to change what you can. It takes incredible strength to face yourself.
The Ugly Truth
The truth is you have to stand up for yourself in everything; your job, your home, your beliefs - everything. You are your passion and anything you try to do outside of that will ultimately fail. Passion succeeds because self sabotage is never initial option for anyone. No matter how much you want peace in the Middle East, or what ever random, noble thought that so happens to cross your mind during a mid- day trans, one will never change the outcome of a situation without the passion to make it happen.
In starting a new career, do something you are naturally good at; something you would love to do regardless if you ever receive a pay check for it. Chances are it will be unique because you are your best product. You will always be in high demand because there is only one of you. No matter how long you live or how many people in the word share similar looks or your name, there is only one you.
So, have some integrity about yourself. Be bold enough to live in your passion and not someone else's unfulfilled dream. People attempt to live vicariously through others only when they are afraid of themselves. Do not be one of those people. Become your passion, no one else's. Change your situation and leave the rest for the rest to handle themselves. If you make your own decisions, then have the freedom to live your life. You won't be in bondage to someone else's.
