Many of my articles are about dreams, success, believing in yourself, and keeping your spirits high. And, it is amazing to me how powerful they have been to my soul.
I have often heard and do believe in the power of keeping a diary as explained in one of my previous articles Journal to a Better Life.
There is something magical and powerful that occurs when you take your intangible thoughts and make them tangible. When you take dreams and begin to manifest them into reality by placing them on paper. When you do this, they become a stronger part of who you are. Not only have you thought about them and maybe talked about them to friends and loved ones, but now you have also in a real sense solidified them in your world as a fixed and permanent part of who you are.
Now, when I am out living my life and a hardship comes my way, it has become easier to keep my spirits lifted as well. Suddenly, the flash of words from my articles enters my mind. “You can do anything.” “Your dreams will and are coming true.” “Keep believing, keep believing.”
In a sense they have become my guide, my “best friend” in my greatest times of need. They remind me of what is truly most important to me when I might have otherwise forgotten in the rush of a sudden moment of excitement, fear, etc. They act as a silent voice in my head to gently and sometimes firmly nudge me back to the path I know I am destined for: a path of greatness, one that we are all capable of achieving when we believe in ourselves completely; when we hold ourselves to the highest levels of honor, dignity, and truth.
Words are powerful because they have the miraculous power to manifest your reality. Because of this, you must be aware of what you think about the most. Be cautious of who and what you allow to influence your world.
Everything is important. In times of worry, struggle and contemplation keep positive “mantras” (i.e. you can do anything, you can do anything) or something you repeat over and over in your mind that will help you achieve your dreams/visions/goals, however, you choose to refer to them.
Your dreams are all coming true. Best wishes to all.
I don't recall where I heard this but to you Liane.
"May your troubles be less, your blessings be more and nothing but happiness come through your door"
Hope your life is Bright, as you have brightened ours!
