An important part of achieving anything in life is lifting others up along the way. When you support others and tell them they can do anything, in turn you are actually indirectly helping yourself. This is because we see ourselves in others; so, going forward think twice now before you say anything negative about another person again because ironically it is actually something you are saying about yourself.

Many of my articles are about success and inspiration and believing in your dreams no matter what obstacles you may face. And through my own words, it is incredible how my articles have actually helped me continue to keep believing in myself, especially when it seemed that all else was falling down and crashing around me.
Just like you might feel better telling a close friend about your worries, your dreams, and what is most important to you, writing these articles has, in fact, created this same phenomenon within myself, I believe on a greater scale because I am in essence, telling the world my dreams, fears, etc. It is truly a freeing, incredible rush of terror and exhilaration; equivalent I'm sure to the feeling one might experience from a skydiving adventure.

Everyday I am working up the courage and confidence to truly make all my dreams come true. I have never given up on my dreams, just at moments they have seemed more difficult to reach. But, every time they have felt hopeless or too frightening to think about I have written another article or taken just a moment to think about all the different books I have read that have said I can do anything and my spirits have lifted again. And through them I am reminded that we all have infinite power, talents and capabilities; that it is our individual and social responsibility to remind ourselves and each other how important these dreams and visions are to the world.
To further help me in this constant challenge, I also do my best to look to other people who have what I want. When I look toward these admirable and influential people for guidance and help, I do my best to say to myself, “If they can do it, so can I!” While this works for me much of the times, sometimes I can fall back into the fear side of myself; when this happens I do my best to find more positive, forward propelling things that will help get me where I want to ultimately be in my life.

There are many things that you can do as well to keep the negative thoughts out of your mind. You can exercise, you can start a new hobby, and you can join a club. You must keep your mind thinking positive because negative thoughts are energy draining and will literally take the “wind out of your sails”. Dreams are possible, but you need to have all your energy to be able to achieve them.
Brian Tracy, self made millionaire, says that we must be very aware of what we surround ourselves with. He recommends not listening to the negative aspects in the news, not listening to derogatory media, etc. Your mind and body are affected by everything. Just imagine swimming in the ocean, you will feel the sun, the different motion and current of the waves, it will all affect you. Because of this you can learn to expect that water may sometimes sting your eyes, but you can find ways to avoid it for the most part and you can learn to “float” and either go with the flow or build up your strength to swim to any destination you choose to.

You are stronger in mind than you have ever thought you were. You are capable of doing anything you set your mind to. Make your dreams a reality!
