In preparation for your disappearance, you should slowly alienate your loved ones. Warning: you must do this slowly. If this is done too quickly, your disappearance will be too noticeable. Begin by distancing yourself from those with whom you have the least connection. This process will take the longest with your close friends and relatives. Call them less frequently. Visit them less. You should make little,then no effort to contact them. If you do this gradually, they won't notice your eventual loss of contact.
Once your friendships have been lost and relatives minimized, prevent anyone from contacting you, stop paying your phone and internet bills, remove the battery from your mobile phone.
Go to your local council and apply to change your name. Choose an inconspicuous name like James or Sarah, Smith or Green.
Move to a big city like London, Rome, New York. Somewhere no will care who you are or what your history is, where people are too busy to notice. Make sure you do not move at a critical time, near your family members birth days, or at Christmas.
Everyone will be so used to not seeing you that it will take them good few months to notice.
