A 10-step guide to help boost your confidence in life and feel more positive. |
- Pamper yourself, whether it be at home or at a spa- take time out for yourself to make YOU feel good. Paint your nails, and relax in a beautiful bubble bath. Guaranteed to make you feel 10 times better!

- Write a list of all the good things in your life, whether it's your family and friends or your job. Make sure you look at it whenever you can
- Breathing exercises-. Take deep breaths whenever you get the chance and clear your head of any stress
- Smile. When you smile, you shouldnt feel miserable. Smile and others will smile at you.
- Laughter- Make it your goal to have a giggle, whether its with friends, workmates or a shop keeper! Having a sense of humour and being able to laugh at yourself is great.
- Heels. If your feeling low, put on some killer heels and your guaranteed to feel much more confident! Plus your more likely to turn a few heads!
- Goals. Make sure you set goals for yourself, it could only be a few a year..but it'l give you something to strive for and to look forward to. It'll also put some meaning into your year if you feel you have nothing exciting going on
- Socialise. Surround yourself with positive people, having friends that are negative won't help you. So go out with the girls, order yourself a cocktail and have a good chat!
- Buy yourself something luxurious. One item every month, whether it be a fabulous pair of shoes, beauty products to pamper yourself or something to make you feel good.
- Last but definitely not least, remember your FABULOUS and people want to be around you so make an effort to meet new people and your on you way to feeling so much better about yourself and life! Good luck.
