You really think so? Let me tell you why? Four basic reasons:
- We believe that's the rule of the society and we put too much importance on society's opinions. As we know, a lot of what's morally wrong is right if reflected to the norm of society.
- We based “success” too much on the materialistic realm, rarely putting into consideration other factors.
- Instead of being happy and proud “being the good guy”, we shrink away from it. In fact lots of times, we are ashamed of being casted as the “good guy”.
- We begin to believe it's already happening. We begin to complain why is it the bad guys are the one ahead in this life's race.
Try reversing the process:
- Focus your priorities in this order God -> Family (friends)-> Society
- Be proud, be happy and most importantly “continue doing the good things”.
- Believe and have faith that you're doing the right thing. This is the root of everything because once you start believing this will work, the upper 2 steps are very easy to work through already.
You see, good guys always complain why they aren't getting the blessings, the breaks. Hey, we are leaving the movie house with the show only halfway finished and with the bad guys still having the upper hand! Stick around to watch the end part. The Divine isn't as unfair as others think. In fact God is as fair as you'll ever see. A lot of us simply aren't convinced (or worse, don't believe in it) yet.
Good guys finish last? That's just not so.
