Welcome, my name is Charlene Kruger and I belong to a non-profit organization, which helps people in need.
We belong to a world that has become a life full of riches for some and a life of unhappiness to others. The sad truth about our world is that people are put into categories of how much they earn. Categories of being rich, comfortable, poor and homeless.
In my organization we have a motto of "Serving with Love." I joined as I wanted to make a difference in someone's life, no matter how big or small it was.
The many projects that we do, contains of helping people get glasses, operations for people that are going blind, helping people in our community that have no food at night and many more.
We count on the support of our communities to reach into their pockets to donate a small amount to help the next person. We use this money to buy subscription glasses, operations and buying food and the many stores that give donations as well.
I thought of writing this short note, so many people may read this and make a difference in someone's life. The only difference with me is that I get to see the difference and the smiles of the people in need of help.
I go to bed at night knowing that someone's stomach is full like mine and even if I helped only a few, we will get to the millions you suffer.
Just remember, in your neighborhood, look around you and don't just what people look like in what they wear or what their house looks like. They just might be going through the struggle of everyday problems and maybe thinking how to feed their families.
So if you are reading this, please do not turn away an opportunity to donate to a well known organization in your community. No I am not saying that you need to go broke in donating, even the smallest change will add up amongst the millions that have been donated.
We need more people that have hearts in the world.
We might be living the life of dreams, but let someone else live a dream even if it is one in a million.
We need to make a difference in the world, many need help.
