Norwich State Hospital in Norwich, Connecticut, not far from Foxwoods Resort Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino has long been a place considered haunted. When this place closed, their patients were sent to the Connecticut Valley Hospital in Middletown. It hit the Shadowlands as a place of veritable creep ability.
