OBE: How to and its Applications

Some Key Words that You Will Find During my Explanation
- OBE: Out of Body Experience - an act of projecting one's consciousness away from his/her physical body
- Lucid Dream: Dream that you realize that you are, in fact, dreaming
- Astral Projection: Another way of calling OBE, Only difference is that Astral Projection is placing one's consciousness in astral plain where as OBE you place your consciousness in physical plain
- NED: Near Death Experience - A particular moment where you are close to death but not dead
- Half-conscious: When your body is sleeping but your mind is awake
- Vibration: sensation of body vibrating at high frequency yet not moving (the sign of your consciousness, namely soul, detaching itself from body)
Easiest Way to Have an OBE
Here on, I will only tell the method in point form as I do not like to read things in paragraphs and do not want explanation when I am looking at the ways. (The explanations if one seeks will be reply individually) If you have a routine: getting up at the same time everyday then follow the step calling the time you get up A.
If you do not have a routine: Getting up in different time everyday then try to count the sleep hours and approximate the time that you will get up without alarm clock calling the time approximated A.
- Now time A is very important, so take note of it carefully
- This preparation for OBE needs you to have as much as sleep before you do it
- Now before going to bed before sleeping change your alarm from time A to 2 hours earlier
- Go to sleep well.
- Get up as soon as alarm rings
- Do whatever you have to do like normal day but just 2 hours early (brush your teeth, shower, etc.).
- Continue to do anything “other than reading about OBE” for 1 hour
- At 1 hour before time A, you go back to sleep just like you did in the night
- Once you are sleeping, you will find yourself having a dream, it is depends on you now if you will realize that it is a lucid dream or not. (although , 1-9 is something that increase the chance of having lucid dream)
- After you realize it, think about your physical body (imagine seeing yourself on your bed or anything to do with yourself)
- If everything goes right, you will not see anything anymore, but black
- Then that stage is Half-conscious
- Move your arm (or any part but arm is the best for me) not too hard that it will wake your body up
- If you have done it right, you will now sense the vibration all over your body (from the part that you try to move expand over a short period of time to whole body) this stage is so called NED
- Once the vibration is on, you now need to imagine yourself role sideway(or anyhow but to come out of the body; sideway is what I do)
- If everything is right, you will not fall off the bed but will float in the air
- Do not force your eyes to open, or you will be pulled back to physical body
- From now on, there is no more movement of your physical body just plain thoughts
- If you want to go somewhere, you will imagine the picture if that place if you have gone or have seen it before
- If you want to visit someone, use your imagination about that person and soon you will find yourself with that person, even if he/she is dead!
- If you want to open your eyes do not move a muscle in your eyes lid just simply wish to yourself to see and you will see
- Anything if attached to body, like moving arms or legs will pull you back to bedroom
- After all, once you want to come back to the body, simply think the same, you want to go back. (or even moving physical parts although I don't recommend that)

Here are Some Explanations of Some Steps
This preparation for OBE needs you to have as much as sleep before you do it. Essential for mind to be awake and body to be sleeping.
Get up 2 hours early than usual, for body to be tired and wanted to sleep again (mind have to rest only 3-5 hours).
Do something for 1 hour. Trick body that it have serve purpose of the day but the mind is so fully rested, it will still be awake. Get into lucid dreaming before the projection, that is just a sign of u being awake at the time your body is sleeping. Move with your mind, everything that happens during OBE is just a state of mind that exists in other plain although many a times they intersect. Physical bodies are however attached to you, if you move physically, then it orders the brain to force the body to awake.

I am sure for anyone who never seen and heard of this before will think, Oh? This is stupid. It won't hurt for you to give it a try, right? So I hope this helps people who want to do it but cannot yet. Sorry for the long list of things to do. I can't avoid myself going into some details.
