That's right people, the vibrant booze product has claimed the names of big time celebs, a fashion designer, and even a businessman who you could say is a business…man. Maybe these entrepreneurs realized that a whole lot more people would rather buy a taste rather than a smell. For whatever reason, actually what am I talking about, for every reason, the world of alcohol is an industry that will never slow down, and so why not jump on board to gain some of the profits.
Donald Trump - Trump Super Premium Vodka
The bottle itself looks like one of his buildings, however claims have been made that what's inside the structure doesn't do justice to its design. With that being said, the Tru-dka has been selling well to wholesalers, and with over 100,000 cases being shipped last year and with Drinks Americas having orders for 40,000 more, you can bet that The Donald isn't too worried. Finding it on shelves might prove difficult right now but with distributors consistently being added, you may soon find yourself drinking, just you and Mr. Trump…kind of.
Sean “Diddy” Combs - Ciroc Vodka
I don't think he'll be changing the name of the Vodka every two months like his name, and that's because he has teamed up with Diageo to market their vodka in exchange for no less than half the profits. That can only be good news for the hip hop king, who also has a clothing line, reality shows, a movie production company, a couple restaurants, and I haven't even mentioned anything yet concerning the music biz. The alcoholic beverage has already created a buzz and the elegance of the bottle is matched with a straight-up taste…u dig.
Roberto Cavalli - Roberto Cavalli Vodka
Sensually shaped with a delightful taste is what fashion guru Cavalli wanted to achieve with this latest trend. The Italian fashion designer accomplished just that. He probably wanted to create a drink dedicated to the sexy women of the world, cause honestly, everything about it makes you want to drink it straight out the bottle. The website itself is mouthwatering, claiming it is made with the “purest water gushing from the slopes of Monte Rosa and is produced using the finest quality grain, grown in the valleys where the South western Alps meet the River Po”. Come on, who wouldn't want to down that despite the fact that it sells for $60 a bottle.
Jimi Hendrix - Hendrix Electric Vodka
Although long gone, the name will live forever, and now perhaps even the drink. At $35 per bottle, this handmade Idaho blend ranks as having a surprisingly good taste. Although the bottle could have been shaped more like a guitar, it still proves to be stylish enough to distribute at celebrity events. One sibling however is not too pleased about this latest venture, however with 5,000 of these bottles being signed by drummer Buddy Miles, not a lot of Hendrix fans are really going to care about what that sibling has to say.
Hendrix Electric Tequila and Rum are next up for the product line.
Ed McMahon - McMahon Perfect Russian Vodka
With arms folded and staring right at you while you try his drink, Ed smiles and almost gives you a wink saying “You love it, right?” The comedian / game show host / announcer / slash slash slash…is one of TV's most recognized personalities from way back then.
