She is a school counselor and a United States of America Track and Field (USATF) Trail Ultra marathon runner. I remember when I heard of her winning the Massanutten Mountain Trails 100 miler in Virginia. This is something considering she was never an athlete in high school or college. She writes a regular blog on Blogger. In it, she writes about her experiences in life, and school from the viewpoint of an ultra runner. She has been written about in Runners Magazines and has been on sports television.

Annette is not afraid to try something new. Why else would someone like her be willing to get into ultra running and put her heart into it, like everything else she does. In it she writes about many of her races, and she doesn't win all of them, but she tries and she does win many of her races. She does what she needs to do, she prepares. She runs as many miles as she is able to fit in her day.
She is a girl who likes to give back, along with her husband, George Santucci. Very much in touch with nature, they try to give back to the community while working to better themselves. Annette does not need a lot to survive because she relies on herself. For the holiday, you will often find that the gifts she and her husband give are green. Homemade items such as jams and butters are made in their kitchen.
Annette Bednosky is a real life hero and role model. She works with her resources and works to help people and better herself. She is someone who can be relied upon because she doesn't give up and she always gives back.
