Attention all Fear

What does fear really mean


False
Evidence
Appearing
Real

 

  • It allows us to be in denial
  • It helps us to stay disconnected from the truth
  • It is created in the mental aspect
  • We continue to add emotion to power it
  • We focus all our attention on it
  • This very energy which is controlled by us allows us to attract that very thing which we fear most.

 

How should we begin to understand the cycle of fear.

Fear begins with a vibration which is sent out from the mind (soul)

It then returns to us, where we process it through our mental aspect (brain) which is where we add a word association

Then it travels into the emotional aspect where we add a feeling

Then it appears in the physical aspect where it is received as an experience or condition

How to break the cycle

There are a number of ways in which to achieve this.

First recognise the repeat pattern

Take full and total responsibility for it

Remember then to take away the experience, take away the emotion and the words which have been attached

You are now left with pure vibration

At any of the above stages you can sit in the energy which has been attached to become friendly with it and understand what the reason is for allowing this to come to fruition (This is harder than it sounds but it is possible).

As yourself the following questions:

What am I hoping to achieve by this ?

What am I achieving by this ?

What is the fear about, What am I afraid of ?

Keep asking the above questions until you reach a new place, and then repeat them over and over and over again, until you get to a place where you find the truth, and then a feeling of peace will surround you, this is when you know you are there.

At this stage you will naturally reprogram your subconscious to realise that this energy and those thoughts, feelings do not really exist, and so your belief changes and therefore so does the outcome.

It is quite rare to then re-experience anything to do with the original fear, this is because you have changed the vibration and changed the belief attached to that vibration and therefore you are not able to attract that old vibration toward you.
