Within the 12 star signs of the Zodiac are stars that have names mentioned in the bible. The brightest at the right of Orion, is named Betelgeuz, which means “the coming of the branch.” In Jeremiah 23:5 we are given an indication of what this branch is, it says:
“Behold, the days come, says the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS!”
This branch is referring to Jesus Christ who is also known as THE LORD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS! Also in Zechariah 3:8, it reveals the branch as the Servant and as a man in 6:12, and in Isaiah 4:2 it identifies the branch as the Lord. Even in Isaiah who prophesises about Jesus it says in Isaiah 31:4:
“The Lord spoke to me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof”.
The lion is represented here, as being against God but the Lord will not be afraid of the lion nor the shepherds who fight against him. The lion depicted on Orion’s belt. Mount Zion is used interchangeably with Jerusalem the Holy city and we are told that God will come down to this city just as angels came down to the city of Sodom and Gomorrah in the bible that came in the form of men.
The next star is called ‘Rigel’, which is situated in the foot poised over the head of the enemy. It is the seventh brightest star in the sky. Rigel means “the foot that crushes.” In the left shoulder of Orion is a star named ‘Bellatrix’, which means “quickly coming” or “swiftly destroying.” And one of the 3 stars in Orion’s belt is named ‘Al Nitak’, “the wounded one” and the star in His right leg is called Saiph, meaning “bruised”, (the very word in Genesis 3:15 ‘bruise your heal’). We also know that the Christ was wounded on the cross and the star that means bruised connects to the bruise in Genesis 3:15. We can conclude by this that this particular star constellation and its meaning is connected to and pointing towards events that happened in the bible which happen in the future, which I have to say is beyond coincidence.
The 12 star signs are the same throughout the different cultures in the world including the Hebrews, the Aztecs, the Babylonians, the Egyptians, the Assyrians, and the Chinese with similar meanings. This shows that we all ascended from two people and have passed this knowledge on through the centuries. However, the story of the Zodiac has been perverted by the different cultures and the original meanings have been lost through time, but the Zodiac is an awe-inspiring revelation once a person studies it with the bible and with Hebrew and Arabic meanings.
