Problems are often painful. They appear to be based on a variety of objective acts. They seem to have a substance of their own. Nothing could be further from the truth. Problems are completely subjective. They have no objective. They have no objectivity. Problems are based on another. Problems are based on the way we perceive a set of circumstances.
There is no virtue in feeling pain. No one in trouble is ever helped by anyone else's pain. Pain and anxiety, as motivators, do not lead to genuine resolution. Problems are caused by the way we interpret a situation.
There are no exceptions. The answer to any problem is to “see” it differently. The human mind is infinitely creative. It is capable of thousands of new interpretations. The one that causes us pain, confusion and anxiety can be replaced.
Creative problem solving involves changing the way we look at things. Nothing has to change on the outside. Our beliefs change. Our perceptions change. The world changes in response.
Whatever we believe is true for us. The only objective truth is that life can be lived without limits. The universe is safe. Our access to creativity is available at all times. When we uncover more of what we are, the outside seems to become different. It appears to become more supportive, less hostile, and filled with greater possibilities. Nothing on the outside has actually changed. The inside has expanded, and we can now see more of what is around us.
