I come from a family of politicians and we are victims of bad politics. My mom was elected brgy captain last 2007 elections. 8 days after she was proclaimed, the losing party or shall I call them “losers” for short, filed a protest and demanded for a recounting of selected ballot boxes. I will call them “losers” because I couldn't find the right word that can best describe a desperate pathetic loser who can't accept defeat.
When I said “bad” politics, it was an understatement because the politics we have here is the worst of all the worst!!! The “losers” are supported by a certain congressman who has a very wide influence on the judge, the comelec people and everyone concerned with the situation. Why Judge M*@^#*%, how much is your worth, hah?!?
Ballot boxes were then selected for recounting. Half of those ballot boxes the losers selected came from precincts they were doomed and the other half they have won. During the recounting, evidences of fraud done by the losers and the insiders from MTCC, were noted and documented by our party but disregarded by the judge. (Hope you die! Hahaha! Wish I know voodoo!) Inner metal and outer seals were broken, envelopes containing the tally sheets were opened enough to allow a dishonest hand to do whatever it wanted to satisfy its greed, fake ballot boxes were inserted bearing the name of the loser and other forms of desperate moves done by a goner who is somehow manipulated by someone, a big fish or the devil, I suppose!
A protest case like ours from a neighboring barangay was dismissed by same judge. The only difference was that the complaining party belonged to the opposition while the proclaimed chairman was of same party to the aforementioned congressman.
The case was further brought to Manila for trial and somehow the influence and the money of the devil reached the pockets of the concerned people in that government agency. My mother was denied of the Temporary Restraining Order she appealed for.
Last May 2, 2008, the loser was then promulgated as brgy captain, naturally but she will not function as one. The devil must have been overworked with all those deceptions they have put on just to get what they want no matter how much it costs and no matter how many people are tormented.
But it doesn't end here. I'm sure, there will be KARMA! SOMEONE bigger than them is watching over us all. HE knows who are those oppressed and who caused them. HE's not sleeping… HE is after YOU! (or so I've prayed)
