With the recent Spitzer sex spending spree, my biggest question is, is this even news any more? Of course him being a Governor of a big boy state makes it world news. Not to mention the salacious and seedy nature of the story is headline material. And given the political ramifications it is no surprise we have wall to wall coverage.
Are you honestly shocked though? For one thing these "escort services" are renown. Men and women of all moral backgrounds are not oblivious of what these people are escorting. How the law enforcement doesn't "know" is probably a financial blindness. Or the police just have too much other crime to worry about. And I am not trying to be critical of the protectors of the law. It is just that there doesn't seem to be a public clamoring to close these well advertised "nooky" businesses down. And I am not personally saying what should be done about it. I am simply stating we all know it is out there in abundance and it isn't just on the corner of "hooker" street.
Especially when it comes to power people. Corporate and political America. We see a saturation of "reporting" on athletes and celebrity having their way with various sexual activities of the free and paid nature. (See Heidi Fleiss for exhibit A) However the populous is also very well aware of the hordes of young mistress and call girls at the beckoning whim of public servants and corporate officers. Quite frankly it is a given that a percentage of these frauds are cashing in on the perks of their position. And there is certainly not a shortage of abused women who mature to become beautiful young women ready to exact vengeance on men by providing elicit sexual favors for the right price. I wish there was significant help to those of a molested and battered youth but until there is we will see more women selling themselves.
Guys like the "Love Gov." are a dime a dozen. The fact this guy got caught is probably more of a girl who really has a dream of being a star and was more than willing to take the publicity and notoriety that comes with the vixen for cash fame. And who feels sorry for the sleazy Governor? Who cares even? There is a whole "backlog" of want to be Governors ready to roll right in his place.
And what have other public figures learned? Don't get caught. Oh you can bet that too many of these guys are more then willing to pull out the cash and drop there pants. Whether they fund a mistress and/or mistresses on the side or go the sex for cash route. And whose money do they dole out to these gals and/or guys for that matter? The arrogance is seeping from the imbecilic smirk of these back door perverts.
And I know there are few men reading this and saying " a guy has to get some. It's just sex." In which aside from moral objections I reply "the dude was paying for it! If a happening power broker needs to pay he has serious issues. There are plenty of pretty girls who would "hook up" just because of who he is." Which I am not saying I endorse that. You get my point in context though I hope.
So another panderer has done there job of filling the time of a whore-monger from the political carousel. And on and on it will go. I hope it was an $80,000 "well spent" for Governor pervert. Well it appears at least he has his wife compliant with his public lust. I'm still am trying to figure that one out.
