The world is again overwhelmed with elections happening all over the world. The ideals of human rights are again working at their best to free the world and our minds. This year the elections that attracted the most the media are those done in Kenya, Nepal and Italy. There are perquisites to organize elections and that is the existence of a Constitution, a parliament and laws that govern a country. The constitution contains a description of what is the country, the geography, the emblems and the principles that guide a country. It is in the constitution that one gets the meaning of the flag of a country. In the world elections there is the verb to elect. So, electing is to make a choice, to opt for a solution. You have to be very careful when you elect because you are accountable of the ideals.
Thus, what is most important with regards to elections is the concept of human rights. This means that everyone is entitled to liberty of expression. The charter of human rights was ratified in Helsinki capital city of Finland. The choice of Finland is very talking because that is where there are the most lakes in the world and the land there is very flat. It is very hard to make someone talk especially when it is about history. In Africa there is a lack of books dealing with the past. The aged people in Africa are ready to talk and you need specialized material for instance a microphone, video camera. The explorers have also left some writings that are interesting to consider.
So, there are elections which have taken place in Kenya, Nepal and Italy. Kenya is in Eastern Africa. Kenya has an opening on the Indian Ocean which helps to develop the industries just like in England during the revolution of the steam engine. The elections in Kenya again showed the problems between the North and the South. Populations from the south seem to always have the power. The south seems to receive more sunshine than in the North.
The other country Nepal is located in the North of India. The capital of Nepal is Katmandu. It is in Nepal that Mount Everest is located close to the Himalaya chain of Mountains that make the attraction of that part of the world. Katmandu attracted many tourists in the nineteen sixties. Mount Everest is the tallest mountain in the World. It is not surprising that the first TV sets worked in Nepal. The Eiffel Tower built in France by Gustave Eiffel also played an important part in developing the media industry.
The third country which is Italy is well known for its vineyard. Raisins grow in cold areas. From the raisins, wine is extracted and it is a beverage that accompanies many dishes, there is red wine and white wine. The white wines match usually with fish. Vinegar is also from raisins which are also fruits. The topic of raisins or vineyards is very controversial because there are those who think that raisin trees are too thick and that wine can lead to alcoholism. The campaign against alcoholism for motor drivers says not to drink more than two glasses of wine when you drive.
These countries which have organized elections must make sure that tourism which is the most important activity is well done and that the Indian Ocean is accessible, populations feel free to go to climb the Everest and that wine is consumed moderately.
