The Evangelical Blind Spot

(contd.)

“We know why we're there. We are Americans, part of something larger than ourselves. What is at stake is more than one small country, it is a big idea, a New World Order where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind…The world can therefore seize this opportunity to fulfill the long-held promise of a New World Order.”

The universal aspirations of mankind are to free Kuwait from Saddam's invasion…? (Says who?) The Desert Storm War was begun to advance a big idea that is more important than the small country of Kuwait…? (Whose big idea?) The world can seize this opportunity--Iraq's invasion of Kuwait--to fulfill the long-held promise of a New World Order…? (What long-held promise?)

Let us fast-forward to the present Iraq war. We hear: The occupation of this country, the elimination of its weapons of mass destruction, and the building of a democracy, will help keep America safe from terrorists.

But need we go on? Can't we see the same mentality and reasoning for the justification of this war that was used for the first Iraq war? George W. Bush is not fighting terrorism. He is pursuing the goals of the New World Order crowd under the guise of fighting terrorism. He encourages Mexicans to swarm across our border because his globalist bosses want a world without borders. Terrorists can cross this border and possibly kill hundreds or even thousands of Americans. But that's all right. It's evidently a small price to pay to “achieve the universal aspirations of mankind.” (However they might be defined. More than likely they are the “universal aspirations” of those wanting to control the world economy.)

These utopian dreamers, these deluded gangsters, who honestly believe they are doing something good for the future of mankind, have now taken control of the United States government, made the present Pres. Bush their puppet, and are unwittingly setting the stage for the appearance of the Antichrist who will reap the rewards of their labor.

Madness? Insanity? Religious fanaticism? Call it what you will, but evangelical Christians believe this world government will be established. What they do not believe (fail to understand) is that their boy Geo.W. Bush is one of the main architects of this coming state of affairs, passing himself off as a Christian while unknowingly setting the stage for the emergence of the Antichrist. They (unfortunately) fail to see any contradiction between their support for his conservative domestic values, and a president who sits idly by while our manufacturing base is being exported, who starts wars on the other side of the planet for everyone else's benefit but ours, and who imports a huge underclass of third world immigrants whose existence threatens our economy, culture and language.

So evangelicals foolishly continue to support George Bush. Why? Because he is against abortion and for family values. These are the bones he throws their way to keep their loyalty. These bones are inexpensive and Bush can afford to throw them around because their existence in no way affects the greater design of globalization.

Evangelicals should be able to see through this, but there is a blind spot called abortion and at this time they are, unfortunately, unable to see past it. Which means that unless they wake up and begin taking the long biblical view, they will be instrumental in taking their country down a disastrous path leading to its loss of sovereignty, values, culture and freedoms. While trying to save their country, they will kill it!

George W. Bush's New World Order will not be the Millennium. It will be more akin to the Tower of Babel which in the end produced nothing because the final outcome of this world is in God's hands, and not in the hands of multinational gangsters, power-mad politicians, utopian dreamers, or biblically illiterate presidents who allow themselves to be used by all of the above.
