Those Stupid Democrats

How the union workers and civil servants in this nation have destroyed our economy and why we should get rid of social services.

I am just going to give it to everybody straight. The Democrats are very morally corrupt and they are complete idiots. I hate to say this but I strongly believe in state rights and limited federal government. I hate union workers, I hate civil servants and I hate social services and I hate social workers. If it wasn’t for those kinds of people we all would be 50,000 times richer than Bill Gates by now. The unions and social services have destroyed our economy and have destroyed our society.

If you really must know on how the Democratic Party got started to begin with, it was started by President Andrew Jackson, the seventh president of the United States, when he was running for president the other presidential candidates running for the election called Andrew Jackson jackass and President Andrew Jackson is the founder of the Democratic Party and that is the reason why the Democrats are called jackasses and in my opinion that is exactly what the Democrats are and what they always will be.

Most union workers are also democrats and they are the most pathetic individuals on the face of this earth. They destroy our economy and they are lazy. Usually in a union you can not get a raise or a promotion and when you work for a union they can not fire you so if you have a job where there is no chance for a promotion, no chance for a raise, no chance of getting fired are you going to be lazy? Of course you are. When need to get rid of the union workers before they destroy our nation. Because that is exactly what they are doing. As the old phrase goes, “If you don’t want to work that hard just join a union or work for the federal government.

Wow! You're uninformed.

Actually, the reason we are all so poor is because enormous corporations (generally big business is owned by Republicans)bribe/pay politicians to make laws so that their companies can do things that profit the company (very few large companies pay much tax). Over the past 20 years, the rich have got enormously richer, with the top 1% owning 90% of the wealth. The middle classes and poorer classes are now poorer than they have ever been. Get an education!

Once again the centuries-old debate of private enterprise versus governement-sponsored economy is back. The socialists support government while the indivudualists support free enterprise. However the staggering US budget deficit tells us one thing: things are now not so black and white. In the last twelve years the US budget deficit (now reaching a staggering 8.6 trillion dollars!) has gotten out of control while republicans were in office - spending like pro-governement democrats. As soon as the next democrat-controlled house, senate and maybe presidency will be in charge expect the deficit to double or even triple. If instead the republicans stay in power the same deficit may level off at 12 trillion dollars which is the equivalent of 1 year of GDP and the dollar will have to be devaluated. With the democrats in charge well it will be wise to pack up and go for a candian vacation. As for the comment regarding the "very few large companies paying much tax" - thank god that it is the case because otherwise the last capital would have flown out of the US to offshore banking shelters leaving us way poorer than one could ever imagine. The US looking like Russia where all the capital has gone somewhere else if you see what I mean. Private businesses generate wealth, the government eats that wealth, mostly in the form of government's employees salaries two to three times higher than average salaries and obviously huge government waste. That is where the taxes go: into waste. Even more taxes will not generate any wealth only more waste which is among many other factors why the US debt is so big this days.

I dodged the union bullet. I temped for a place that was union and they wanted to hire me. I got the hell out of there because those people could not work any slower if they were on downers. Made for the longest days. I was bored to death and it seemed like I was there 24 hours instead of 8. Yes, union people are lazy.

Andrew Jackson was a jackass.

Democrats are now looked upon as the middle class, or I should say what is left of the middle class. Not many can afford to stay in the middle class. The poor are getting poorer and the richer are getting richer. It's not because we aren't working hard enough, it's because some jobs are being shipped overseas (thanks capitalism) and some are just out of there luck. You can't prevent some businesses from forcing you to retire (GM *cough* Delphi). What our society needs most is a hybrid system of socialism and capitalism. To prevent the rich from becoming over rich and prevent the poor from becoming too poor to live.

I believe in a semi-socialism society. Have the bare necissities socialized and the let everyone do what they want to do. Keep money private, but increase taxes to help one another. (For all those religious fanatics -- wink at the Republicans because you guys obviously care about be religion --pro life) What ever happen to "love thy neighbor" and doing the right thing? Being selfless is what Christianity is about. Don't hog everything, give. Not just money but health care, food (when needed). If you were working for a technology company to which got shipped overseas (to save a quick buck---hint hint capitalism) and you couldn't find work locally, and it cost too much to move. You would be down on your luck? Would you swallow your pride and allow for assistance? If your "Rich" earnings don't keep coming in then how do you expect to maintain the same life style.

Anyways I'm done ranting for now.

Democrats need to read the constitution. LIMITED GOVERNMENT. Our federal government is way too huge. VOTE Libertarian or republican (Ron Paul). Ron Paul actually goes by the constitution instead of personal/affiliation reasons. Ron Paul doesn't want to be the CEO of America like the other candidates. MOST Democrats are a bunch of non -educated socialist communists that need to read the constitution. Plus the more the dem's tax the more business's go out of the nation. The government needs to stop investing in foreign business too. Our government is corrupt right now, they've illegally given some of congress's power to the executive branch and we are in a unconstitutional illegal war. Less government is better government

Democrats are not living in reality. If they were to utilize the reality faced by actual people as a point of reference, they would clearly see that there are two very different types of people in this world. Those who expect someone else to pay for everything, and those who are extremely nervous about the fact that they will be stuck paying for everone else's laziness and lack of self responsibility. I for one am nervous. If you tax big business, remember this; Big business is in place because they sell something you need. If they find themselves in a position where their proffits are affected by taxes, they will pass it on to the consumers. The only way to change this fact is to facilitate the government with more control. Some things you can change, others you can only make worse. When it comes to the "unconstitutional illegal war" I'd like to know if Ron Paul plans to use secret service as protection or if he is just going to mind his own business as he believes our military should do.

I've worked on 2 union jobs and had both shut down and picketed whithin hours. It took 8 hrs and $3,ooo.oo to unload uncrate an electrical panel that came in a wood crate and on a semi truck equiped with a palet jack and lift gate. They are slow, spoiled, and expensive. How are they useful to socioty? There is a special place in my heart where I hate union and my ex wife.

I am a proud union member at the Port of Baltimore. Love all the bias opinions. Instead of focusing on the Americans who do something with their lives, why not blame the U.S. downfall on the high crime rates and the lack of education? Instead of hustling dope like I see on the streets everyday, us union workers at least pay taxes. I\'m not sure what locals you guys are referring to, but the words lazy, spoiled, or expensive do not involve my local. I swing a maul hammer all day long(Tire Mechanic) in the blazing heat and snowing winters. I will admit, I do take my time while working only to ensure my safety. Many people have died in my profession and working slower, but more cautious instead of killing yourself is a better method, in my opinion.
