Anger

Why do people get angry?

Why do people get angry? Anger is caused when an individual is hurt by other individual or group of individuals. It is important to control your anger as it has harmful effects on mind and body. This lesson is shown carefully in the example.

A man goes to his house late at night because he has been out. He walks in his room to see his wife sleeping with someone. Anger rushed in his head and took out a kitchen knife and killed the stranger. When he switched his light on he saw his own mother in a pool of blood. His wife had asked his mother to sleep with her since there were robbers late at night.

Had the man counted to 10, he would not have to lose his mother. Anger is also caused by drugs, and alcohol. Anger is also a good thing as it can also make things right. I was always afraid of my dad's anger that I never disobeyed him in my life.

Anger can be used in a good way only if the person who is angry uses it well.
