Positive thinking is a skill, like any skill we need to learn and master it. I am a diabetic, and used this tool to help me control my sugar level and achieve much healthier lifestyle. You can use the same method to stop smoking for example, or lose weight, get rich or whatever. You simply remove the negative thoughts and replace it with positive one. The process sound simple but take a lot of discipline.
As we all know, bad thoughts usually comes every so often. If you get rid of one, the other will keep coming. The secret is to create positive thoughts all the time. For example, think about something good, happy memory, we all have some of those good times, or, funny moment, just focus on those moments.
We all have dreams. In your mind, picture yourself achieving those dreams, to be rich or slim, or to have a family, built a house, buy a car, holiday with your love ones. They are all happy thoughts. As soon as the negative thoughts appear in your head, erase it quickly, just think of beautiful roses, beautiful songs, anything that can replace those negative thoughts. In my case, I picture my self being healthy and feeling energetic, I love those feeling. It makes me smile.
Without exaggerating, I lose 3 kilogram in the period of 3 weeks, and my level of energy is increases daily, my diet mostly green vegetables, legumes and I have meat and fish about twice a week. Sweet threat? I have them once a week. My blood sugar is much better now. Create positive thoughts in your mind, If I can do it, you can too, believe me you, its much better to be in the positive state of mind.
