A list of ways a female can make herself appear more attractive to the other gender.
Do Your Best to Improve Your Physical Appearance
Guys are naturally attracted to a youthful appearance. Even if you possess a crooked nose, large ears, or a physique that threatens to break your bathroom scale, you can always increase your attractiveness. Make yourself appear younger by wearing your hair longer or using makeup to make your eyes appear bigger. Have some rough spots on your face? Try to subdue it with some foundation. Some makeup is helpful, but don't overdo it. Guys won't be impressed by a clown-like façade.
Wear the Right Clothes
Try to find clothes that fit your body best. Guys like girls with a high hip-to-waist ration, so choose pants and shirts that will achieve that. If you're lacking in attractiveness, don't be afraid to choose modest apparel. There are plenty of shirts that can cover any excess fat without making you look non-feminine. Swallow your pride and shop for clothes at stores like Kohl's or Sears. You'll look better if you wear a plain-looking shirt than if you squeeze yourself into a low-cut top.
Improve Your Body Language
If you're trying to woo a guy, you want to appear as feminine as possible, even if you lack a feminine appearance. Take a moment to watch how girls and guys walk differently and try to exaggerate the girl's way of walking without overdoing it. Swing your hips a bit when you walk. Hide your nervousness and feign a confident appearance. Try to avoid wringing your hands or touching your face.
Meet Him During Physical Activity
Exercise or any other heart-pounding activity automatically makes the other gender appear attractive. So if you're lacking in attractiveness, try to talk to him after his baseball game or invite him to the nearest amusement park.
Use Your Eyes
When talking to him, meet his eyes briefly and then look down. This is a common flirting gesture and extremely attractive to the other gender. If he appears to act dominantly towards the other males in the vicinity, you know you're on the right track.
Laugh at His Jokes
Guys love a girl that makes them feel confident and secure. If he tries humoring you, it may be a sign that he enjoys your company. Take advantage of this victory by praising his humor with a few good-natured chuckles. Comedic females tend to intimidate men; instead, let him make most of the jokes during your first couple interactions.
Don't Inundate Him With Chat
While females are generally more verbally-focused than the other gender, males enjoy more hands-on activities. Ensure that you don't exhaust him with solely chatter; instead, talk to him while doing another activity. He'll be more willing to hear about your collection of scented candles over a game of catch than sitting on a park bench.
Don't Let Your Friends Scare Him
Unless he expresses interest in meeting your friends, keep meetings with him somewhat private. He may be intimidated if he's amidst a group of females. Refrain from gossiping about your latest trip to the movies or the way his hand felt when he touched your arm. If he finds out that your private affairs are made public, he may be scared away.
Interact With Him When He's in a Good Mood
If he sees you during his good moods, he'll associate you with positive emotions. This will allow him to appreciate your presence and may lead to the beginning of a relationship.
Keep Your Distance
If he sees you too many times a day, he'll start to take your existence for granted. Don't text him at 2 am to tell him how cute your cat is when she's sleeping on your cheetah throw pillow. Instead, keep your interactions sacred by limiting communication. This, in turn, may lead to a requited infatuation-- rather than a one-sided affair.
