15 creative dates to try with a new love or freshen up an old one. |
Date Night Anyone?- Twenty Questions Night - As a couple, or separately, create a list of questions (silly or thoughtful) for you both to answer. Go somewhere quiet…a park, a lake, a coffee shop…and ask away! The idea here is to create questions that will stimulate conversation.
- History Night - Go back in time and explore what your city or state once was
- Naked Night - This is probably going to be one of my favorite. ? Everything you do must be done naked…cooking dinner, eating dinner…and whatever else you choose to do.
- Dare Night - Create three dares (or more) for the other person to do…and bring a camera along…if it's worth daring it's definitely worth a picture
- Like we were in High School Night - Go to a local high school football game…afterwards go to the local hang out spot and get some food, then head over to the oh-so-popular make out spot (the idea here is to not go all the way…you're supposed to be in high school!) And maybe you can find some time to do something silly like carving your name into a tree or skinny dipping
- Snow (day) Night - A fun filled-day in the snow. Go sledding, make snow angels, maybe a snow ball fight…then end the night curled up by the fire with hot cocoa…oh, and don't forget to make some snow-crème!
- Graveyard Night - Ghost stories anyone?
- Fishing Night - Fishing at night can be pretty romantic girls…and the boys get something out of it that they enjoy too! Just make sure you pack your bug spray!
- Camping Night (weekend) - Hiking, camp fires, smores…could it get any better?
- Sports Night - This could include a number of different things…bike riding, tennis, basketball, football, paintball, laser tag, four-wheeling….and the list goes on.
- Game Night - This could be a couple's night also. Card games…board games…these could always be turned into drinking games as well…and it could make the night a little more interesting.
- Scavenger Hunt Night - You'll definitely need at least one other couple to join in on the fun. Teams should think of things for the other to find…don't forget the camera!
- Local Band Night - Many bars and clubs have open mic nights or featured artists on the weekends and most local papers list the details. This is a chance to broaden your horizons and open your eyes to some music you may not usually be accustomed to.
- Dinner Night - Cook dinner together…but make it something neither one of you have ever tried before
- Volunteer Night - Volunteer together somewhere…local papers usually list open opportunities. There's nothing more attractive or touching than to see the person you love helping others. .
