She doesn't respect anything you do.
This may go hand in hand with the first one. But if she does not respect a single thing you do, then you shouldn't respect her too much. If you really like her, you will do anything to try to be with her.
She is taken.
That is all there is to this one, too. If she is already taken then of course she isn't going to date you. Unless she cheats on the one she is with or she doesn't like the one she is with so she leaves him in comes to you. In that case, you are very lucky and should be thankful.
She doesn't know you that well.
You can't expect to like some one, and not know them, and have them say yes to a date. You need to try to learn a little bit more. For example, where does she like to go, what kind of person she is, what are the things she likes to do in her spare time.
Too close to her.
She may just feel like she is just too close of a friend to date you. If things don't work out, then your friendship may not work out anymore. Or, if it does then things might not be the same between you two again.
