Upgrade Your Sex Life

Sex and intimacy are two very important essentials in adult relationships. Enhance your sex life with these tips.

The same great routine over and over can soon become a dull and tedious deed. As time passes, your sex life should improve as you learn more and more about what your partner likes and dislikes. Simple adjustments can help prevent your time between the sheets from becoming lackluster and boring.

Do It In A Different Order

Instead of the usual step 1, then step 2, and ending with step 3, mix it up. When you continually do your three favorite things every time and in the same order, your partner knows how the movie plays out before you even press play. Shuffle around the standard game plan and your partner will feel uncertain of what will happen next, heightening the level of anticipation and excitement.

Its All About the Props

Props do not have to be the big scary ones with batteries. Props can be subtle and simple like a blindfold, scented candles, strategically positioned mirror, personal lubricant, or silky sheets. Use your imagination. Any pleasant change, no matter how small, will increase the overall experience.

Location, Location, Location

By simply being intimate in a different location other than that routine spot, you can heighten the level of excitement and arousal. The majority of couples have sex strictly in their bedroom. A change in scenery can have a positive effect. Try it in the kitchen, living room, or any other area in your home that you feel comfortable doing so. Feeling a little mischievous? Try a little more daring location, like the backyard, pool, porch, etc. Feeling a little scandalous and unlawful? Try it in a public place. Just hope you don't get caught and get arrested!

Play Sexy Music

This suggestion is quite simple. Instead of doing the deed in complete silence, except for the rustling of sheets, turn your stereo on and play something sexy. Music can easily create moods, pick a cd that will step up the tempo of the events of the evening.

Try a New Position

A new position doesn't have to be as complicated and frightening as the “Advanced Twisted Upside Down Frog,” it can be just a variation of what you normally would do. The internet has a vast database of new sexual stances, as does a local bookstore. Find something that is physically possible for both of you and within your comfort range. Again, any changes, no matter how small, can make a huge improvement in overall satisfaction and enjoyment.

With a little effort and motivation, you can change a monotonous sex life into an electrifying one.

Oh yeah! This is a great article. From my experience talking to couples. Some don't even think of mixing it up a little. Great advice!

in my view it's all about imagination, openess, and the willingness to try new things. Then you never get bored. It's not the sex that's get boring its the routine
