Why Midnight Sun May Never Rise

The Twilight Saga from Bella's perspective has ended, and many anticipated the publication of Midnight Sun, Twilight from Edward's perspective, but will fans ever get to read it?

Like millions of other Twilighters, I mourned the end of the brilliant saga Twilight by Stephenie Meyers, only to be comforted by the fact that Midnight Sun (Twilight from Edward's perspective) would be released next. Unfortunately, the publication of Midnight Sun has been put on hold indefinitely due to a manuscript being illegally distributed on the Internet.

The fans of the saga are sure to be heartbroken over the loss of not being able to read their beloved Edward's thoughts. Who wouldn't want to know what is going on in the mind of a Vampire you want to get bitten by? Not even Anne Rice's Lestat could compare to the talented and charming Edward and not being able to read Twilight from his perspective is maddening. One consolation is that Stephenie Meyer did post the incomplete manuscript on her website. So at least we will have a glimpse in to Edward's mind and hopefully find out why he chose to be with Bella, and not one of us.

If you haven't read The Twilight Saga or any of Stephenie Meyer's books then you are missing out! Twilight, Eclipse, New Moon, and Breaking Dawn make up the saga and are told from the perspective of a very clumsy, stubborn, and accident prone heroine Isabella Swan, or Bella, who falls in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen, and the rest of his family. The series of events that take place in these books will have you hooked from the first page all the way to "The End" in the final novel. Meyers also wrote The Host, a "science fiction novel for those who don't like science fiction". Just like Twilight this book will keep the reader interested, and on the edge of their seats from beginning to end.

Twilight the movie will be released the November. Originally, it was set to open in December, but because Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been moved from November to next summer Twilighters will be able to get their fill of Edward Cullen and Bella a month early! If you haven't read any of the books make sure you read them before seeing the movie.

I've never heard of these books, but from what i'm reading, they seem to be quite popular

Anne Rice\\\'s Lestat beats Edward Cullen by miles.. Edward Cullen is too cliche, and sometimes borders on obsessive
and MJ Taylor: I don\\\'t recommed you to read the books, they\\\'re not that good

I liked the books.... and Stephenie Meyer's posted a legal rough draft on her website. So yes, she's still writing Midnight Sun.

You can read "Midnight Sun" (the original unfinished manuscript) on Meyer's website!!

I think the whole postponed midnight sun thing was just a publicity stunt for people to go see the movie and draw attention...at least that's what I keep telling myself..I hope it gets released.
