Sex Materialism

How romantics and casuals see sex.

I am convinced that all people reveal their character by what they do, not quite by what they purport to be.

In the area of love relationships this is startlingly evident. There are the people in classical relationships based in love and family and there are the people in “casual” relationships based in sexual favour interchange or whatever it may be.

The first category is the one of romantics. These love each other's souls and their body is a conduit to their hearts and favour. They look for each other, not for an enhancement of their sex situation, but for the realisation of deep-seated spiritual aspirations. Not surprisingly, when they find love they become extremely happy; and when they see it negated they suffer deeply, even to suicide.

The second category, the ones of casual sex, is the one of people who believe in nice butts, sexy legs, large tits, hard bodies and big penises. These people need physical contact, sex activity and, if possible, an orgasm. Once they get that they are satisfied and part ways. Communication means such as the internet and certain newspapers make it easy to find a new casual partner so, after a while they are ridding a new wave. Not exaggeratedly they can be called sex materialists.

Obviously, and putting it simplistically, romantics are there for love and exaltation while sex casuals are there for physical contact, perhaps an improvement on masturbation. Obviously also, romantics want each other forever while sex casuals want mostly variety.

I am convinced that we are all made either romantic or sex casual types. And it's interesting that some people find good reasons, after being a romantic, to try sex casual activities. For these, romanticism was wrong - sex casual right and so their nature was this way revealed.

One should surely think of what one does and wants to do, because that reveals him.

"I am convinced that all people reveal their character by what they do, not quite by what they purport to be." Should be recorded in a book somewhere, its too accurate and too well phrased to die on a server somewhere.

What you say is simplistic, but very true. And well put across, I think.
