Sexual Satisfaction to most people means that a person is satisfied with the sex act. Sexual Satisfaction has many meanings to many people. Yes it can be to be satisfied with the sex act but other people it has a different meaning.
For instance, the definition of sex from the dictionary is defined as the instinct or attraction drawing one sex toward another. What this means is that there is something that draws men and women together; an attraction to their opposite sex. When someone is cheating on their spouse; their immediate question is “Did you sleep with the person?” but would it make a difference if their response were “No, but we kissed and fondled each other”? No! You see because the act of sex doesn't stop at sexual intercourse.
The act of sex consists of many other things like foreplay, kissing, caressing, foot playing, fantasy, fetishes, voyeurism etc. It depends on the individual and what satisfy them within the sex arena.
