Common sense

Another Historical Fiction

Febuary 22, 1776

Dear Diary,

It is with much annoyance i read over the weak-minded work of Thomas Paine. I saw nothing but a lot of big words with little meaning in them. Half of the crimes he suggests against Britan are hardly reasonable. Accusing Britan of never caring for their rights, of over-taxation, of unjust action. This pamplet mocks Britan with its every word, and the Patriots rally behind it like some sort of banner. I can hardly imagine them understanding a single word. As for this Paine fellow, he will have it in the end, along with all of the other traitors of the Crown.
