James Madison graduate of the College of New Jersey later named Princeton. Theology, history, and law were is fields of study. He was quoted saying, "What is government itself but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary." If the quote is accurate then he knew human kind, and they could not be relied upon because of their animal corruptions.
Gouverneur Morris, American history has influenced documents published of Morris, Madison, and King. Because of the notes I've been able to acquire I cannot give a solid background on the rearing of the 3 noted. Please excuse my lack of research materials. I have chosen to finish my own writing instead of researching for months. To use History books or Encyclopedia data falls short of the truth.
I feel the information is altered to create the tale instead of telling the facts. We are looking for facts and not tales to see the intent in worded terms used in the Constitution of the United States. Today's politicians would be wise to research the past of their government without prejudice.
“Domestic Tranquility”
In High Schools the idea behind Domestic Tranquility has a state verses state tenure, as the next statement is their base for this style of education.
“One of the concerns of the Framers was that the government prior to that under the Constitution was unable, by force or persuasion, to quell rebellion or quarrels amongst the states. The government watched in horror as Shay's Rebellion transpired just before the Convention, and some states had very nearly gone to war with each other over territory (such as between Pennsylvania and Connecticut over Wilkes-Barre).
One of the main goals of the Convention, then, was to ensure the federal government had powers to squash rebellion and to smooth tensions between states.” This is a great problem of the time, but we are not to forget the whys in the minds involved during the Constitutional Convention to prepare this document. It is to the merit of state thinking verses Federal thinking. The States had much more independence than in today's U.S.
Looking at the backgrounds gained through research for the authors of the final constitution. They were hard-line believers in individual freedoms. 3 were noted in the fight against slavery during and prior to the Constitution. Development of this Federation of the United States was exhaustive mental work. The authors' stand... in my opinion would be more to individuals respectfully in their communities compared to larger geographic bodies of state governments.
I say Domestic Tranquility is a statement regarding every individual to protections guaranteed by the Federal Government. The concerns of the authors were to limit some of the individuality of the “states” with personal guarantees to the people residing in each state. Time has pasted, as our government's “cultural mind-set” stopped weighing most of the promises made to its people (speaking of its own subculture). “People” is our social mind, our community of our governmentally controlled culture is the people (individuals).
This is true of every peoples across the globe. Cultures are the social programming of our biological computer, our brain. Your culture allows your programming via government; religion, profession or any prejudicial subculture humans create.
We are humans. We are the highest animal form on this planet. Very true speaking relative to our finite minds. Consideration should tell us it may not always be this way. Our human pettiness may allow us to destroy ourselves. The Bible is a fantastic book riddled with wisdom. It even takes in account human destruction. It doesn't matter if you are a religious believer or if you are an atheist. The Bible's strength comes from the minds of its originators just like our constitution.
The pendulum movement of our polarized life's happenings makes us dualistic as we are influenced by our animal instincts in our final computations. The Bible is the most sold book on our planet. We can logically say it is the most read book too. The Bible covers a lot of material without scientific methodology, but we can say the originators were great observers. A very alluring book as it gathers followers and researchers of its writings. Amazing, none of its prophets, neither Moses nor Jesus had University sheepskins in Social Psychology.
In today's world that makes it unbelievable. What they had---were the writers, and orators before and during their time. These people were intelligent, and with visions more reaching than others. Peoples of the world have individuals taking control of their mental and physical environments to break free from the reigns of oppression. Oppressors weigh heavily on the mind as they breach every item mentioned in our constitution for “We The People” of the United States. The brain is our processor. The mind is the individual. How the individual utilizes his or her brain along with their body is unique. The mind with its sensitivities is much more, but we won't attempt to cover the entire issue.
The vastness of the mind equals the enormity of our universe. Some humans have cast iron stomachs, which says they can consume anything. Digestion or indigestion can be the result. The mind is very much the same way. Knowledge can or can't be stomached, as we are lead through our mental space. Like astronauts or even outer reaching space probes, we make a verity of discoveries in our minds. Fathomablility is our mental digestive system. It has a high dependence on our database. We created computers. They too can't comprehend what is not in their database, but they can't think beyond the material of its data. Original programming directs our Information gathering.
A large portion of this data was given to you in your youth, but not all. Humans don't have a dump to set them for reprogramming. The following statement will be acceptable to some and most unacceptable to others. We are The Creator's custodians of this world. If “custodians” isn't your word, please use “chosen.”
Every cause has an effect, and every effect has its cause. Both independence, and unity is in the mind of the beholder. This is Zion. Exactly like Zion's heavenly definition, this mini-application is attacked constantly. Individuality is contra our social mind. Our greatest minds haven't stemmed from the best socialites.
My mind, his mind, her mind is the “I am” state of mind. Made in the image of our Creator. Our mind is not, and other humans direct “our mind”. Hopefully you can see the difference.
